Boys' Varsity Soccer Game Ends in Tie
The Scheck Hillel boys' varsity soccer team competed in a tough match against Miami Country Day School that ended in a 1-1 tie, Tuesday, November 28th.
The game was a defensive battle where both teams fought hard to maintain control of the ball. Early in the match the Spartans took a 1-0 lead over the Lions.
Senior Ilan Lapco scored Hillel's lone goal to tie the game in the first half. Neither team would score in the second half of the game but will have the opportunity to see each other again in a week.
Hillel's next game is against Riviera Prep Thursday, November 30th at 5:00 p.m.
