Ways to Give

There are many ways to support Scheck Hillel, all of which allow us to accomplish our mission of inspiring students to become exemplary global citizens with enduring Jewish identity. We are grateful to generous benefactors – like you – who donate, as each gift counts toward reaching our goals and securing the future of our children.

We thank you for making Scheck Hillel a giving priority!

  • Wire Transfers

Wire transfers are commonly used as a way to make gifts or fulfill pledges. Please kindly write to lifshitz@ehillel.org or call 305.931.2831 x185 to get wire instructions.
  • Securities

Donating securities is often your most tax-advantageous way to give, particularly if they have appreciated in value. This applies to stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other liquid assets. If the stock has been held long-term (more than one year), you may not have to pay U.S. capital gains tax when the gift is made and a tax deduction for the full value of the stock may be allowed at the time of transfer.
Please click here for instructions on how to transfer stock/securities to Scheck Hillel.
  • DONOR ADVISED FUNDS

You can make a gift directly from your Donor Advised Fund. In addition, Scheck Hillel Community School has partnered with Chariot to securely process DAF donations in three simple clicks. Click here to make your donation through Chariot.

Chariot supports national and community-based Donor Advised Funds providers including Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, National Philanthropic Trust, and many more. If your DAF provider is not yet integrated with Chariot, you will be redirected to your login portal to complete your grant request.

  • Matching Gifts

You may increase your support to Scheck Hillel Community School if you and/or your spouse's employer participate in a Matching Gift Program. Complete a Matching Gift Form from your company's Human Resources Office and return it to the school along with your pledge card and your gift.
  • Pledges

We can develop a payment schedule to accommodate your individual needs.
  • Planned Gifts and Endowments

To ensure that Scheck Hillel continues to serve children in our community for many generations to come, leave an endowment or planned gift to minimize your family’s estate taxes, while supporting and strengthening the quality of Jewish life and education in our community and at Scheck Hillel.

Scheck Hillel Community School is a proud partner of the Create a Jewish Legacy program through the Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

If interested in making a planned or endowed gift to Scheck Hillel, please contact our Development Team at give@eHillel.org.
