Student-Athletes of the Week 1/28-2/1
Senior David Sternberg and sophomore Tali Finger from boys' and girls' soccer won the Male and Female Athlete of the Week Awards, Friday, February 1.
Each week the coaches and athletic staff vote for one male and one female athlete of the week based on athletic performance. Take a look at some of their accomplishments below.
(Boys' Soccer) David Sternberg: He played an outstanding game in the District Semifinals against Divine Savior. He scored three of the team's four goals including the game winning goal in overtime.
(Girls' Soccer) Tali Finger: Talli helped her team earn a come from behind win. Down by three at the half, the team sprang into action and she scored four of the team's seven goals in the District semifinals against Divine Savior.
