From Classroom To Home, Senior Tefilah Branches Out
To complement the spirit of tefilah on campus, the Class of '23 girls, led by Upper School faculty members Dr. Hana Barouk and Esther Wolff Hecht, have extended the experience to monthly meetings, where they continue to bond while exploring Jewish topics in a supportive environment.
The first of these was a challah bake focused on chessed in memory of Sholem Benchimol, z"l. Thank you to the Liat and JoelleKirsch (both '23) for hosting and to Devora Benchimol, who spoke about how Sholem, z"l, performed acts of chessed in quiet, meaningful ways.
