2021-2022 Jaime and Raquel Gilinski Hillel Ambassadors Named

Congratulations to our 2021-2022 Jaime and Raquel Gilinski Hillel Ambassadors: Zoe Alon '23, Alex Benarroch '22, Joelle Kirsch '23, Sadie Slomovitz '22 and Leah Winterman '23. They are outstanding students who exemplify leadership and achievement in academics, extracurricular activities or service learning. 
 
Nearly 40 students in rising Grades 9-11 submitted video applications, with 13 advancing to the interview stage. Selected students exemplify Scheck Hillel's core values, striving to reach their maximum potential while serving the school and community. They stand tall among our rising generation of committed, knowledgeable leaders. Congratulations to all, including finalists Sofia Braun '24, Noah Fishman '24, Ben Gililov '25, Benjamin Herschman '25, Abraham Klainbaum '23, Jamie Kurzer '23, Johnathan Lev-Tov '23 and Asher Sochaczewski '23.

With great appreciation for the Gilinski family and special recognition of faculty advisor Andrew Butler, mazal tov to our thirteenth generation of Ambassadors and their families.
 
The Jaime and Raquel Gilinski Hillel Ambassador Program was established in 2009 as Scheck Hillel's first merit-based scholarship of its kind.
