The goal of the Jordan Alexander Ressler Arts Program is to instill in our students the importance of collaboration and teamwork, the value and rewards of hard work, a passion and commitment toward their work, and an appreciation for the performing arts. Children engaged in theatre are practicing comprehension and understanding of the deeper meanings of the written word, how to ask critical questions for clarification, perfecting the skills of memorization and recall, and polishing their public speaking skills. Students learn the value of self-discipline, commitment and sacrifice. The shows are exciting productions filled with musical numbers, innovative scenery, and colorful costumes.

Save the dates for Scheck Hillel's upcoming production of "Mary Poppins, Jr.": March 2020.
