Sholem Benchimol, z"l, Scholarship

Scheck Hillel's Class of 2010 has launched a beautiful initiative in memory of Scheck Hillel student, Sholem Benchimol ‘21, z"l. The initiative will benefit merit- and need-based scholarship at Scheck Hillel.

Scheck Hillel's merit-based Character (Midot) Scholarship will aptly be renamed the Sholem Benchimol ‘21, z"l, Character (Midot) Scholarship. Sholem embodied the character traits of a mensch, displaying integrity and honor. The recipient of this merit-based scholarship must be guided by similar core values.
