Middle School Girls' Soccer Win First Game of Season

The Scheck Hillel girls' middle school soccer team defeated Renaissance Charter Pines 9-1, Tuesday, January 22. 
The Lions were able to take control of the game early on scoring within minutes of the start. Scheck Hillel scored five unanswered goals before the Renaissance got on the board. 

Boths teams headed into the half with the Lions holding a 5-1 lead. Seventh-grader Tara Cohen lead the team with three goals. She scored two in the first half and one in the second. 

Sixth-graders Tali Cohen and Sasha Feldman, and eighth-graders Andrea Berti and Sofia Wengrowsky each scored a goal in the match. 


The Lions return to action Tuesday, January 29 at Maimonides Academy (BMA) at 4:30PM.
