Golf Team Wins First Match Against Chaminade Madonna
The Scheck Hillel varsity golf team defeat Chaminade Madonna 177-182 to win its first match of the season, Tuesday, September 4.
The team was led by junior David Lechter with a score of 37 which is the lowest score from Hillel this season.
The teams former leader seventh-grader Diego Azar finished second with a score of 38, a new season's best. juniors Ben Ratzker and Gad Lisker each fired 51. Sixth-grader Jonathan Bromberg had 67 to finish out the score .
The Lions take on SLAM this Thursday, Septemeber 6 at 3PM.
