Scheck Hillel Earns Awards in Education Digital Marketing and Advertising
North Miami Beach, Fla.– Scheck Hillel Community School earned two gold 2018 Education Digital Marketing Awards and one silver 2018 Annual Educational Advertising Award. Both competitions are sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report. For marketing, the school garnered gold, the highest level, in two categories: Institutional Website (eHillel.org) and Digital Newsletter (monthly Lion's Share newsletter). For advertising, Scheck Hillel earned silver for Kol Hillel, the school’s biannual magazine. More than 1,000 entries were received from colleges, universities and secondary schools across the United States.
The website, Lion's Share newsletter and the Kol Hillel magazine were produced by members of the school's Advancement office, specifically Creative Manager Greg Feldman and Publications Editor Valerie Berman.
"We are proud to showcase educational excellence, innovation and creativity, sharing the stories of our inspiring students and faculty through our website and publications,” said Ilana Lipson Cohen, Scheck Hillel's Director of Advancement. “These awards reflect the remarkable student experience that defines Scheck Hillel."
Judges for the awards comprised a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals, and the editorial board of Higher Education Marketing Report.
