Athletics at Scheck Hillel
Varsity Girls' Basketball Defeat Divine Savior
The Scheck Hillel varsity girls' basketball team defeated Divine Savior 35-26 on the road, Monday, January 22.
The win was the second for the Lions in the 2017-18 season. Sophomore Yedida Bentolila had a standout performance for Scheck Hillel scoring a season-best 18 points, the most of any player in the game.
Sophmore Maya Feuer also scored big for the Lions adding nine points while freshman Tatiana Wainer contributed six. Sophomore Orli Algranatti also scored a basket for the Lions.
Scheck Hillel will play its final game of the season, Tuesday, January 30 against David Posnack at home. The game begins at 4:30PM.
