Variety of vegetables (whatever you have at home! Carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach... Don't buy special)
- Variety of fruits (whatever you have at home! Berries, kiwi, apple, banana... Don't buy special)
- Whole wheat wraps or whole wheat bread
- Rice cakes
- Peanut or almond butter
- Plain Greek yoghurt or cheese
- Hummus
- Eggs
- Almond milk
- Oatmeal
- Almond flour
- Eggs
- Baking powder
- Brown sugar
- Toppings: Cinnamon, brown sugar, chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, nuts (whatever you have at home! Don't buy special)
