COVID-19 Emergency Aid

In this uniquely challenging time, Scheck Hillel Community School has created a COVID-19 Emergency Aid Fund to extend support to families who unexpectedly have been financially affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you in advance for being thoughtful and transparent as you apply for these limited funds designated by our school's Board of Governors and administration. This is not an application for a traditional tuition assistance grant from our Kulanu Scholarship Fund. Rather, it is an application for aid to help families during a time of transition and segment of the school year. Thank you for your application or sharing this with a family whom you know could benefit. May our school community return back home to campus soon, and may our world become one of health and peace.
Please upload the following required documents at the end of the form. 
  1.  2019 Tax returns (2018 if 2019 not available)
  2.  Bank statement with details for the last 3 months
  3. Proof of how income has been affected for example:
  • Furlough letter
  • Severance letter
  • Proof of application for unemployment
  • Proof of application for PPP loan or other SBA loan
  • Explanation of loss of income
